This requires a standard consultation fee of £145, which covers the professional inspection of your frame, precision measurements, and the final fitting. The cost of the new prescription lenses will be quoted and agreed upon before I proceed with your order.

  • I provide a comprehensive service for damaged, imbalanced, or poorly fitting glasses. Whether your frames are too tight, loose, or out of alignment, I can visit you to perform a professional adjustment. The call-out charge for this service is £45, plus the cost of any specific repair parts required. This fee remains payable even if you choose not to proceed with the repair after my assessment.

  • I operate in strict accordance with the Opticians Act 1989. To ensure your visual health, all measurements and final fittings are conducted by, or under the direct supervision of, a GOC-registered Qualified Dispensing Optician. I only dispense eyewear to those with a valid prescription issued within the last 24 months.

  • In compliance with UK law and safety regulations, I do not dispense prescription eyewear to individuals under the age of 16, or to those registered as blind or partially sighted. For these specific clinical needs, I recommend visiting a specialist hospital or a dedicated local optician.

  • I do not currently supply contact lenses. My expertise is focused exclusively on the styling, engineering, and precision fitting of luxury spectacles and sunglasses.

  • Yes. I source and stock an exclusive range of non-prescription sunglasses, with prices ranging from £200 to £3,000 depending on the materials and designer. Please note that all sunglasses’ sales include a £145 styling consultation to ensure the frames perfectly suit your facial geometry and skin tone. This consultation fee is non-refundable.

  • I provide an international concierge service for clients who value global expertise. I can travel worldwide to meet you, with travel fees starting from £3500 plus expenses. Please contact me directly to discuss a bespoke itinerary.

  • Because prescription lenses are custom-made to your exact specifications, they are exempt from standard returns. However, I offer a 30-day adaptation period, especially for new varifocal wearers. If you experience persistent discomfort, I will conduct a professional re-evaluation. If a non-tolerance issue is verified, I provide a one-time lens replacement of equivalent value at no additional charge.

Because I operate entirely independently, I am not tied to any single manufacturer. My selections are genuinely chosen for your unique facial structure, skin tone, and personal style—including specialized fits for Asian and African heritage features that mainstream boutiques often overlook.

    • Expert engineering, not a retail sales pitch: In most shops, after your eye test, you are handed over to a retail sales assistant. I am a GOC-regulated professional with over 25 years of technical experience. I don't just look at how a frame looks; I manually measure and mathematically engineer how the lenses align with your pupils and how the frame sits anatomically on your face.

    • No hidden costs or up-selling: High-end shops are notorious for quoting a price for a frame, only to add hundreds of pounds extra for thin lenses, anti-glare coatings, and scratch protection.
