I watched a recurring "handover" that failed the customer—where patients were passed from the testing room to a salesperson focused on targets. I saw how mainstream stock ignored diverse facial structures, particularly for those of Asian and African heritage.

I realised I could only truly serve you by working for you—not for a store. I am here to bridge the gap between your eye test and your perfect look.
